As a professional facilities management company, JL Facilities Management has worked with numerous Developers, Joint-Management Bodies, Residential Associations, and Management Corporations and assisted them with the running of their properties in accordance with the responsibilities under the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).

What We Do
JL Facilities Management Sdn Bhd was incorporated solely for the purpose of managing High-End Strata Properties. JL Facilities has helped hundreds of Strata Properties over the past decades and currently has over 50 exclusive Strata Properties in its care, handled by a Team of more than 200 dedicated employees.
With over 55 strata projects, we have established a reputation for providing reliable and exemplary services for our clients. Current staff strength of over 200 employees with many loyal serving staffs of more than 20 years of service.
We have now managed over 40 projects with staffing of over 160 employees. We have also secured a footing within the KLCC, Embassy row, and Mont Kiara vicinity.
2010 was a great year as many upcoming and existing developers were focused on developing existing high-rise residential and commercial strata properties. We have grown to manage around 22 strata properties with 90 over staff on board and established a name in the market for providing effective & reliable property management service.
JL clients are used to quick response and up to date information. We have put in place our standard operating system for all our clients and up to now still handles the oldest strata property in Malaysia. Under our portfolio, we also manage the first strata bungalow project in Malaysia. We now have handled and managed over 15 properties under JL Facilities and our staff strength had grown to 33 full-time employees then.
JL Facilities Management was set up to cater to premium properties. With the influx of the many new strata properties with its higher expectations and better services allows JL Facilities Management the edge in serving our clients. By the year 2000, we have had soundly managed over 10 projects with our proven solid management system.
Prior to the formation of JL Facilities, we operated under a company known as S-Profile Management SB. When we first started, we took up all kinds of projects but now, we focus solely on prime high-end projects. JL Facilities started with 3 properties and with only 8 full-time employees. Our first project handled was FACB Bhd’ s Tiara Duta condo in Jalan Ampang.
